Stephanie helps individuals navigate identity and relational shifts related to partnering, marriage, parenting, religion, divorce, and separation.
Stephanie offers women support through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. She also helps women in preparation for and recovery from gynecological procedures and surgeries.
Stephanie guides couples in discerning relational change, improving connection and communication, healing attachment wounds, and navigating divorce and coparenting. Offering presence, warmth, and guidance, she helps facilitate decision-making, healing, and growth.
