Erica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, allowing her to supervise master-level clinicians looking to obtain state licensure.
Erica is known for her direct, compassionate approach—delivered with empathy, insight, and a touch of humor. She helps clients navigate a wide range of relational and emotional challenges, with specializations in sex therapy, affair recovery, depression, anxiety, spiritual/religious trauma, conflict resolution, and boundary-setting.
Erica works with women facing challenges such as painful sex, low desire, orgasm difficulties, and sexual concerns related to complex medical conditions. She also supports men in addressing sexual concerns often rooted in trauma or medical conditions, including erectile irregularities, ejaculation issues, and desire discrepancies.
At the core of Erica’s work is the belief that connection is a basic human need—yet many life experiences can strain or sever those bonds. Her role is to empower individuals to restore, heal, or reimagine connection with themselves and others. Drawing on her extensive experience in complex trauma, Erica helps clients rebuild the essential mind-body connection, often leading to deeper intimacy and renewed relationships.
Additionally, Erica has devoted years to working with veterans, helping those who withdraw or those who are isolated due to trauma become more emotionally connected and continue the journey of healing.
Whether you’re working through emotional wounds, relational struggles, or sexual health concerns, Erica offers a grounded, affirming space for meaningful transformation.
