Our relationships shape nearly every aspect of our lives – especially the relationship we have with ourselves. Becca approaches therapy through a systemic lens, taking time to understand the communities, relationships, cultural influences, and intergenerational patterns that make you uniquely you. By exploring these broader contexts together, she strives to create a space that feels collaborative, empowering, and safe, where curiosity and connection can help foster meaningful growth.
As a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Mercer University, Becca is passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s many transitions. Before beginning her journey as a therapist, she worked as an Event Manager within corporations, nonprofits, and Olympic-level athletics, giving her firsthand experience with professional burnout, career changes, and the stress that can accompany major life shifts. These experiences continue to shape her belief that growth often happens when we feel seen, supported, and understood.
Becca has a special interest in working with those navigating grief, perinatal health, and caregiving responsibilities, paying attention to how this arises within multiple cultures, immigrant families, attachment styles, and across generations. Adulting is difficult and comes with challenges, be they familial, professional, or intrapersonal. Together, we will work to build a deeper understanding of self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relational quality. She has a holistic consideration of self and utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities to fit your uniqueness.
Becca earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social sciences from Florida State University. A constant transplant to many different states in the US, Becca understands the power of adaptability. She now resides in Atlanta with her Australian shepherd and you can find them exploring all the exciting events and hiking trails in the Atlanta area. Becca spends her time experiencing live music, performing arts, painting, and spending time with her baby nephew.
